As part of our dedication to provide the best service possible on all cases, we only use medical experts who are registered and licensed by the respective regulatory bodies. All medical experts are subject to a vetting process prior to joining the panel and monthly status checks are completed by our Expert Liaison Department to ensure there are no shortfalls in excellence.
All our departments are trained to a high level of understanding of the relevant legislations and regulations surrounding Medical Reporting including the Civil Procedure Rules, Medco Guidance and AMROs Constitution and Protocols. This is to ensure that all reports are compliant with all relevant regulations, legislation and standard industry practices.
Using our internal SLA marker of 10 miles, we strive to ensure that all patients are given an appointment within close geographical proximity to their chosen address whether this be home or work.
