This is the accreditation for Information Security Management System. This gives solicitors and patient’s confidence that their data is safe in our hands. It helps CL MediCall Aid to manage the security of assets such as financial information, employee details or information entrusted to us by third parties. This accreditation is also a MedCo requirement and all Tier 1 MROs should hold this accreditation.
This accreditation is for Business Continuity Management System. This demonstrates how our business can continue operation in the event that a risk becomes a reality. The recent COVID-19 pandemic has demonstrated how important it is to have a ‘tried and tested’ contingency plan in place. This outlines ways for us to remain operational if our key facilities or resources become unavailable.
This accreditation is for Quality Management System. This shows that our services are met to a high standard and our customers are satisfied. It takes into account different challenges that a company continues to face and puts emphasis on a plan-do-check-act methodology to ensure your needs are met to the best of our ability.
This accreditation is for Environmental Management System. An environmental management system helps the us to identify, manage, monitor and control our impact on the environmental, by documenting the steps we take to reduce our carbon footprint. Through individual responsibilities added to their job roles, our Team work hard to make sure that we’re a sustainable and ecological company.
